CMU Tech Car Show Rolls In – Entry Open to All Engine Enthusiasts

CMU Tech is calling all car lovers, engine enthusiasts and community members to enter their vehicle in the CMU Tech Car Show on Saturday, May 3.

Whether it’s a classic car, lifted truck, custom motorcycle or a tractor—if it has an engine, it’s welcome at the event. The show takes place on CMU Tech's campus and is free for the public to attend.

Vehicle registration is $20 per entry and takes place on-site the day of the event at 8am. Each entry includes a parking spot, a commemorative grab bag and a ballot to vote for your favorite rig.

The top honor? Best in Show, along with additional top-tier recognitions. Winners receive custom-built trophies, designed and fabricated by CMU Tech’s own welding and transportation students.

There’s no deadline to register, and all proceeds go toward student scholarships, directly supporting the next generation of skilled trades professionals.

Show up with a vehicle on May 3 at CMU Tech and register on-site.

And for those who just want to enjoy the sights and sounds, the event is free and open to the public. Come out for the cars, stay for live music and food trucks—perfect for a family outing.
