437CO is CMU's art gallery in downtown Grand Junction. The gallery features CMU senior student work as well as national and international guest artist work. Gallery admission is free and all receptions and artist events are free and open to the public.

The CMU 437CO Art Gallery is pleased to announce our 2025 BFA graduates. The last of our 3 BFA shows, Convergence, will open on Friday, May 2nd. It will feature works by Alexia Alexander, David Cowdrey, Gigi McBurney, Ayla Pierce and Sara Rodriguez.

BFA Candidate Senior Show, May 2025
We are excited to announce the third show in this spring's lineup of amazing graduating seniors. The May exhibition will showcase the work of Alexia Alexander, David Cowdrey, Gigi McBurney, Ayla Pierce, and Sara Rodriguez.
Alexia Alexander is a 2D artist who details her moral and emotional experiences through the portrayal of flesh and bone.
David Cowdrey is a printmaker whose prints represent the connection of urban and rural surroundings and the relationship betweent the two environments.
Gigi McBurney is a painter whose paintings serve as both a personal and universal reflection of what it means to be human: flawed, complex, vibrant, and endlessly transformative.
Ayla Pierce's work, through multiple mediums, explores how she interprets flora and fauna and how they interact with their surroundings.
Sara Rodriguez is a sculptor who creates sanctuaries for the spirit, blending natural elements of metal, glass, wood, and minerals to offer an immersive experience that fosters transformation and connection.
